- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced

- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Pulse the Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the basil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, honey, garlic, lemon zest, and salt. Pulse 20 times until the basil is finely chopped and the ingredients are well mixed.
- Blend in Olive Oil: Slowly add the olive oil while blending until the vinaigrette becomes smooth and thoroughly combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3-4 days to enhance the flavors.
